We have a range of ticket types available to suit the needs and budgets of different attendees. You can find out more about the various ticket types when they become available.
Can I upgrade my pass?
Yes of course, please contact operations@commoditiespeople.com should you wish to upgrade your ticket.
Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Yes, if you can no longer attend the event but would like to transfer a ticket to a colleague, please contact operations@commoditiespeople.com
Are there free passes available?
Yes, there are free passes available however please note that each ticket type allows varying degrees of access to event benefits. Please refer to the ticket types section for more information.
I am a broker or FCM – which pass should I select?
You should select the general admission pass if you are a broker or FCM and your company has trading clients.
What ticket type is for me?

Do you have one-day passes?

How can I purchase a ticket?

What ticket should I select if my firm falls under multiple ticket type categories?

Can I get a refund if I’m not able to attend?
We are unable to provide refunds, but if you are unable to attend live remember that tickets include access to our event platform and event app where you can connect with all event attendees and exhibitors, and all recorded sessions will be shared post event and available to watch back at a time that suits you.
